bike, hike, DANCE, hula hoop, play basketball, Frisbee, Field Hockey? Roller Derby? Swimming, Zumba, CLIMB ROCKS!

Eat healthy, foods that make you happy, light, guilt free! COOK!

Quit smoking!

Paint what you feel.

Don’t get stuck in routines

Always be down to make new friends.
